- All cookies are made from scratch with quality ingredients.
- We bake all orders fresh on the day they are shipped.
- Our products may contain allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, eggs, wheat, soy and sesame.
- All sales are final, no refunds & no exchanges.
- We ship out on Mondays and Thursdays.
- You will receive 3 notifications when placing your order:
- Your order confirmation
- When we create your label
- When we ship out your order with your updated estimated delivery date.
- Due to high demand, please allow 2-4 business days or more to process and ship out.
- We will reply back to all emails within 72 hours.
- Our cookies are individually wrapped and heat-sealed, which may cause some toppings such as caramel & glaze to stick to the packaging. All sales are final.
- Cookie lab factory has the right to refuse/cancel any order/anytime.
- Cookie lab factory is not responsible for any damage or broken products, missing products or mishandling from third-party shipping companies.
Orders received from Monday - Tuesday will be shipped out on Thursday. Any orders received on or after Wednesday will be shipped on Monday of the following week. We do not ship on Friday or Saturday as it is more than likely your package will not reach you before the weekend and the last thing we want is for your freshly baked cookies to sit in a postal warehouse over the weekend.
Our cookies are sealed in a 100% compostable heat-sealed bag to ensure freshness.
